I highly recommend GVC.
After a large Costo run, our refrigerator stopped working on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We called Sears, The said they would be out on Tuesday between 8am and noon. We called Sears 2pm on Tuesday after they did not show up or even call to say they were not going to make it. They said "maybe they'll be out after 6:30pm or FRIDAY".
We then called Gus. He was at our house by 4pm. He identified and fixed the problem by 4:10pm. The refrigerator is now working fine and our Thanksgiving has been saved :) Thanks to Gus.
Oh..Still no word from Sears.

Gus came by for a 2nd time as our dryer's burner coils had gone out-ie. no heat. He completed the repairs within 20 minutes and the dryer has been taken off of life support and is breathing on its own. Hopefully we'll get a few more years out of it. I've referred two other people from my gym to GVC and they told me that they had great experiences with Gus as well.

Gus arrived on time, did good work and charged a fair price for an electric stove burner replacement: what can I say? I recommend him highly and would not hesitate to call him again.

I had Gus to fix my Jenn-Air side-by-side refrigerator today, it has problem to freeze up due to defrost not working right.
Good work, trustworthy, ontime, highly recommended
